Most of the work will be done from inside of your home. Please take the following steps to help the installation process.

• Clear approximately 3’-4’ in front of the windows and patio doors being replaced (inside your home)
• Please remove all window treatments (blinds, drapes, etc) on the windows to be replaced.
• Please move any fragile belongings away from the areas where the installers will be working
• Please make sure driveway is clear so that installers can back their trucks in and unload.
• Please move any cars that you will need that day out of the garage so you are not blocked in.
• Make any necessary plans for pets on the day of installation.
• Please trim or tie back any bushes or trees that may prevent installers from caulking the exterior of the windows.
• Please if there are alarms, please notify the install technician when the measurements are being taken.
• The customer is responsible for having the alarms re-set.
